Acceptance
By installing, opening, or using Last Pin Bowling, or by using this website, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game or website.
Personal-use license
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal entertainment on a compatible device, subject to this agreement and applicable platform rules.
This license does not transfer ownership of the game, its artwork, code, audio, interface, text, or other included material.
Local save data
Game progress and settings are stored locally on the device. You are responsible for maintaining access to that device and understanding that removing the app, resetting progress, changing devices, or losing device data may remove saved progress.
The current version does not provide an account-based restore or cloud-sync service.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the game or website in a way that violates applicable law;
- attempt to interfere with normal operation or platform security;
- redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the game or its included materials;
- copy or extract protected assets except where applicable law expressly allows it;
- misrepresent an altered version as an official release.
Availability
The game and website are provided as available. Features may be corrected, improved, changed, or discontinued. Compatibility can depend on the device, operating-system version, and platform requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no promise is made that operation will always be uninterrupted or free from errors.
Ownership
All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved. The Last Pin Bowling name, game presentation, visual assets, text, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
Agreement updates
This agreement may be revised when the game, website, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision means the revised agreement applies to that use.
